Where are you up to with your Lasting Power of Attorney?

Where does the person making the LPA (the donor) want it to be used?

An LPA made under the rules on this site is legally binding only in England and Wales.

Which best describes you?

Is there anything that worries you about them making this decision now?

We never assess capacity, and your answer isn't a judgement about anyone. It only changes which information we show you.

Where are you up to?

Which type or types?

Have the attorneys been chosen?

Have you chosen a certificate provider?

The certificate provider is the independent person who signs section 10.

Do any of these apply to the donor?

Don't type any amounts. This only decides which fee information we show. OPG makes every fee decision.

Is the LPA registered?
